The gear we install
We fit Matchmaster antennas as standard — an Australian brand that handles fringe-area signal, salt air and Gippsland storms far better than the cheap import gear you'll find at a hardware store. They're more expensive, they last longer, and we don't have to keep coming back to them.
If a previous install used something cheaper and it's failed early, we'll usually recommend Matchmaster as the replacement. The cost difference pays for itself well inside the warranty period.

Half of antenna call-outs aren't a bad antenna — they're something smaller and cheaper. We diagnose first, then quote.
No signal or pixelated picture
Bad signal is usually a misaligned antenna, a dead amplifier, or a splitter that's quietly failed. We diagnose with a signal meter, not guesswork.
Reception drops in storms or wind
Loose mounts, water in connectors, or a tired antenna in a fringe area. We replace the weak point — not the whole system.
Some TVs work, others don't
Usually a distribution problem — a bad splitter, weak amplifier, or a cable run that's been chewed up. We trace it room by room.
Adding a TV to a new room
Need a point in the bedroom, garage or extension? We pull cable, terminate the wall plate and balance the signal so the existing TVs still run clean.
Storm-damaged or fallen antennas
Antenna down after a front came through? We replace it cleanly — new mast, new bracketing, sealed connectors so the next storm doesn't repeat the job.

Billed in 30-minute blocks, during business hours.
Weekend & after-hours
Per hour
$195/ hr + GST
Outside business hours, weekends and public holidays. Charged from when we leave our Sale warehouse to when we return.
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, excluding public holidays. Anything outside that runs at the after-hours rate. The service call is GST-inclusive; ongoing labour rates are plus GST. Materials (Matchmaster antenna, mast, brackets, cable) are quoted on site.
